Training Services

Don't stumble around! Professional Training is available to you by the developers of SITEMASTER 200®. We offer both free and fee-based services depending on your requirements.

What's free? You receive free technical and customer support from our representatives. For example, we are happy to get you going in order to resolve a problem that you may be experiencing, or if you have a question about one of the program's features. Additionally, you have access to our how-to Training Videos covering the setup, operations, and features of the program. See our Training Videos below.

What's fee-based? If you require in-depth personal training on or off site, we provide you with options. For example, you require just a couple of hours of training over the phone for an in-depth understanding of a particular feature(s) and/or operation(s). Or, you may require on-site training for your users that may take a day or two.

System Setup

Setting up the Program - Before you start to enter your data, you'll want to set up various options in the program that determine how your keys are displayed and created, if deposit and charge amounts are collected, if you'll be using password protection, and if different users will be accessing the program.
